+ Schedule a specific day every month to host your own Jewelry Bar, for example the second Thursday of every month. When you have a specific day set aside, it’s easy to invite people - those who have yet to attend a Jewelry Bar, as well as new people you meet while out.

Build your Team
+Don’t count anyone out. Compile a list of all the people you know & others know
+ Sponsor–Plant the sponsoring seeds at your jewelry bar by asking your hostess & guest to imagine their self as a Designer. What difference would it make in their life? At checkout, ask them if they want to become part of the Origami Owl family.

Returns/Replacements Labels
+ Designers can request a Return Merchandise Authorization form via the Contact Form at origamiowl.com
+ Always include a Replacement Form with your items when you mail them back to the Nest
+ The label sent via email can only be used once! If you attempt to reprint the label and use it for another return, your package will not be accepted. Also be aware that the labels are valid for five days from the date you originally view them. If you need additional return shipping labels, or if you were unable to use your label within five days, please contact Designer Care.

Missing Items from your Order?
+ The Missing Items form can be located in the Back office in the Document Library
+ Complete the form and email it to missingitems@origamiowl.com

Provide Customers with Receipts
+ Provide all of your customers with a copy of their Order Form, which serves as their sales receipt and proof of purchase in case any replacements need to be made. Even if items were purchased directly from your inventory, a receipt is mandatory
+ Be sure the Order Form gives your contact information, so your customers can reach you.

Easily Order New Business Materials
+ If you’re running low on O2 business materials, and need help ordering, just head over to the “Training” section of the Document Library for a list of resources to help you navigate the Back Office.
+ The quickest and easiest way to order is to use the Quick Order Pad under Order, “Business Supply Order.”

Inventory Levels & Cart Sweeps
The nest is sweeping carts daily to help ensure that inventory levels are accurate and product is available for those ready to purchase. The sweep occurs early in the morning, EST-. Your order will have to have remained open and NOT attached to a debit/credit card for a MINIMUM of 24 hours for it to be swept. For example, if you place an order at 8 p.m. EST on a Tuesday, and do not apply a payment, this cart will be swept at approximately 1 a.m. on Thursday morning, 29 hours later.

Jewelry Bar Express:

Jewelry Bars are a wonderful way to grow and expand your business, and the great news is that you can have a Jewelry Bar just about anywhere!

In addition to an in-home Jewelry Bar, an “Express” Jewelry Bar is one you can do while on the go. It’s quick, simple, lots of fun and provides another way to share our unique jewelry as well as the Origami Owl experience.

Here are a few situations where you may want to consider offering an Express Jewelry Bar:
Someone tells you they are too busy with their kids’ crazy sports schedule: Let her know you can bring an Express Jewelry Bar to a ball field, gymnasium, swim meet or dance studio and share Origami Owl with the other moms during practice.
Someone tells you their house is too small: Let her know an Express Jewelry Bar is perfect for a public location! Encourage her to invite a few friends to a local coffee or sandwich shop. 

You know someone who’d like to show the jewelry to her coworkers, but doesn’t have time for a traditional Jewelry Bar in her home: Let her know she could have an Express Jewelry Bar in her office during lunch or right after work.

So what do you take to an Express Jewelry Bar? It’s simple. The Business Basics Starter Package. Take the items listed below, add 1 hand held mirror, 1 pair of reading glasses and 1 white cloth napkin.

Simply put the above items in the beautiful Origami Owl blue box that you received when your kit first arrived – our brand attracts attention! Set out a mirror, reading glasses, Take Our Menus, order forms, pens and one tray with some Charms and Dangles in it. Give each person a votive, a pair of tweezers, then show them how to start their creation!

Host your Own Jewelry Bar:

Schedule a specific day every month to host your own Jewelry Bar, for example the second Thursday of every month.

When you have a specific day set aside, it’s easy to invite people - those who have yet to attend a Jewelry Bar, as well as new people you meet while out and about.

You may want to consider having this monthly Jewelry Bar in a public place, such as a coffee shop or local bakery. If you live in part of the country where it’s still cold outside, establishments such as ice cream parlors or snow cone shops may be fairly private and appreciate your business! A public venue makes it very comfortable for someone you don’t know well to stop by and experience a Jewelry Bar.

When inviting people you meet while out and about, hand them an invitation with the date, time and location. When inviting people by phone, email an invitation right after you talk. Let everyone know they’ll get to have some fun with jewelry and see what Origami Owl is all about.

During the Jewelry Bar, hand each person a votive, a pair of tweezers and show them how to begin creating their look. Let them know they are welcome to place an order, however, they also have the option to receive their favorites for free by hosting a Jewelry Bar of their own. This is another great opportunity to use the ‘Chain and 3 Dangle’ Pop Up Shop scheduling tool to book three future Jewelry Bars!

Hosting your own monthly Jewelry Bar is a great way to attract new customers, Hostesses and potential new Designers. It’s also a great way to train your new Designers. Once they observe you and see how easy it is, encourage them to hold their own monthly Jewelry Bar as well!

Origami Owl Requirements and Promotions


Congrats on becoming an Origami Owl designer. Having your own business means if you want to be successful, you will need to decide if you want/have the time to dedicate towards your business and are committed to it. The great thing about direct sales is that we have the opportunity to start our own businesses with little start up costs and we schedule our own hours. An Origami Owl Independent Designer can make their dreams come true if they believe in their company, have passion for our product and understand what it takes to becoming a successful “active” designer.

Definition of Terms:
  • Personal Volume (PV): The wholesale value of all jewelry purchased for personal use, demonstration and customer purchases at the. 
  • Active: A Designer is considered active in the career plan when they have $99 or more in 1 month.
  • First Line (Level 1): Designers personally sponsored and enrolled directly by you.
  • Second Line (Level 2): The Designers enrolled by your personally sponsored level 1 designers.
  • Downline: All the designers that appear in your genealogy.
  • Central Team Volume (CTV): This is how much your whole team must do in volume for you to achieve/keep that rank in one month.
What is my Personal Sales Discount?
  • Designers can purchase Origami Owl products at any time for personal use or inventory purposes at “volume” cost - 70% of retail value on lockets and chains (30% discount) and 50% of retail value on charms, plates, and dangles (50% discount).
How do I Earn Revenue?
  • Personal Sales Commission at 30% & 50%
  • Your Replication Website online orders
    • Each time someone orders form your replicated website you earn the same generous commission level and you profit at 30% & 50%
  • Team Overrides
    • Level 1: 9%-15%
    • Level 2: 4%-6%
    • Level 3: 4%-6%
    • Level 4: 4%-6%
  • Director Generation Override
    • Up to 2% bonus infinity deep

+Focus on Sharing the O2 business opportunity with at least 3 new people each week.
+Set aside time each week to follow up with current Hostesses, Customers and potential Designers.


If this is a level you are excited about achieving in the next four months, you will want to:
+ Maintain a consistent Jewelry Bar calendar.  Schedule 4-6 per month.
+Set a personal, non-negotiable sales minimum each month of $1,500 PV
+Focus on sharing the O2 business opportunity with at lest 5 new people each week.
+Set aside time each week to follow up with current Hostesses, Customers, and potential Designers.

If this is a level you are excited about achieving in the next four months, you will want to:
+ Maintain a consistent Jewelry Bar Calendar, Schedule 6-8  per month.
+ Set a personal, non-negotiable sales minimum each month of $1,750 PV.
+ Focus on sharing the O2 business opportunity with at least 8 new people each week.
+ Set aside time at least twice a week to follow up with current Hostesses, Customers, and potential Designers.
